Monoprice Select Mini X Support: Altered screw holes
thingiverse
I swapped out the split panel remix for a different version of the printer that fits my mini just fine. I tweaked the design by elongating the two holes, which were originally too small, and now the panels fit perfectly. To make it even better, I duplicated the panels on the left side of the printer, giving me room to add another fan if needed or a sleek fan grille instead. I also added some extra features to the design: there are holes towards the back of the left panel where I can mount an Anderson power connector. This is exactly what I was looking for - a convenient way to connect my higher amp power supply, which I'm using from http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1205771. Here are the print settings I used: Printer: MP Select Mini Rafts: No rafts at all Supports: None needed Resolution: 0.175 mm for a smooth finish Infill: 30% to give it some structure and density Notes: It printed out great in PETG, and the result is a solid piece that looks fantastic.
