The sheet metal panel that covers the top, back, and bottom of the X-axis gantry on the Monoprice Select Mini often comes loose and rattles during printing. The main reason for this problem is a spacer between the Z-axis block and X-axis sheet metal panel that's severely undersized, located just behind the X-axis limit switch. This part replaces the weak spacer. It can be installed without taking apart any parts, but installation is much simpler if you remove the front panel of the upper chassis.
