Monoprice Select Mini V2 Replacement Power Switch Holder
thingiverse
Monoprice Select Mini V2 is a great little machine with a crummy power switch that fails. I've had two printers, both failed too soon. This is a holder for a replacement switch. The replacement switch part I used for this holder is: https://www.amazon.com/Twidec-Self-Locking-Latching-Position-L-DS-427-3C-101/dp/B07Q85G7GV/ref=sr_1_6?dchild=1&keywords=Twidec%2FEach+5+12mm+SPST+Self-Locking+Latching+Push+Button&qid=1588204946&s=industrial&sr=1-6 The main switch holder body fits into the original switch hole in the metal body of the printer. The switch is fed through the hole in the holder body and held in place with the provided washer and nut. The clamp is keyed to snap in place from the inside of the printer. It holds the switch in place. The fit is a little loose, but very functional and intended to be an easy fix, not the most elegant. You may have to solder wires, etc. to connect the new switch electrically.
