I printed it in PLA, however, i would recommend using some heat resistant filament.Print with tree supports, they are easier to get out.According to the datasheet, the stock MOSFET (A29T) can also handle the current, that the new fan will consume, but to prevent repairing the mainboard i would recommend to install a additional MOSFET.
