Monoprice Select Mini Spinner Knob MP
thingiverse
This is a replacement knob for the Monoprice Select Mini, which solves three basic problems: coned top allows rapid controlled wheel spinning without slipping off the dial, taller to also allow side grip of the knob, and knurled sides to make side grip of the knob comfortable. It's printed at either 0.1mm or 0.06mm layer depth on the Monoprice Select Mini itself, fitting the shaft quite nicely. Print Settings: Printer: Monoprice Select Mini Rafts: No Supports: No Resolution: 0.06mm or 0.1mm Infill: 20% triangle Notes: Most of the model is really easy to print cleanly, but the top knobs are a little tougher and require some cleanup. Post-Printing: Cleanup and Knob: The top cones may have a bit of hanging string once complete, which can be easily removed using the side of a Swiss Army knife awl or a sharp object. Removing the original knob from the machine is easy; simply loop dental floss underneath and pull it off. The new knob can be pushed on and has enough sticking out to pull back off again easily in the future. The Monoprice Mini bare knob shaft is ready for use.
