MonoPrice Select Mini Skull Control Dial
thingiverse
After customizing the Extended control dial for MonoPrice Select Mini/Malyan M200 by seagas, I encountered some challenges getting the dial to click-select an item. After disassembling it, I noticed that the bottom of the dial extension and also on the earlier option, The Better Dial, were completely flat. This was causing me issues because the MP Select Mini has 2 very small screws that protrude "out" from inside the housing. The original dial compensates for this by having some space recessed into the back of the dial so that you can fully attach the dial, while still having free range to turn and click the desired selection. So I have taken the excellent design of the Extended Control Dial, and made modifications to the bottom of the dial, added more texture grip bumps, and incorporated a skull design from the Low Poly Skull. I'm printing on Natural PLA, so the blue LED shining through looks extremely cool. Print Settings Printer: Monoprice Select Mini Rafts: No Supports: Yes Resolution: 0.1 mm Infill: 50%
