Monoprice Select Mini replacement e3d v6-compatible hotend carriage and mount

This is a replacement carriage and E3D V6-compatible hotend mount for the Monoprice Select Mini, designed to support a 40mm heatsink fan, a 50mm radial part cooling fan, Prusa R3 angled fan duct and blower fan support, as well as GT2 x-axis belt. The parts are held together with M3 socket head cap screws and M3x4mm (one for the fan duct) and M3x6mm (four for the clamping face and one for the fan mount) hex standoffs and hex inserts. Updated October 22, 2018: Changes were made to the M3 nut version with the goal of making it easier to bridge the nut slots. Updated October 12, 2018: A new version was uploaded that uses M3 nuts instead of standoffs for fastening. Note: There may be clearance issues between the fan duct and Z-tower due to manufacturing differences between printers. On my R3 duct, I just barely fit without crashing on my modified V2. To reconnect the ends and tension at the same time, a GT2 belt tensioner remix was uploaded which uses M3 socket head cap screw and nut.
