Cleaned up geometry, added space between holes at RepRap standard 209mm width. Mouse-ears were added to corners because this design needs to be printed in ABS or similar material that resists warping. Having terrible luck printing with ABS and may try using PLA instead, hoping it won't bend or warp when used near the heated bed. Update: put structure under limit switch bumper so no overhanging parts exist. Mouse-ears were expanded from 10mm to 15mm because one corner still warps when printed in ABS. Update: Added a modified and cleaned up rear rail. I am going to print these pieces today. Any helpful feedback is appreciated. Update: decided to use PLA - these components won't be near the hot end and the bed won't get hotter than 110c, so it should be okay.
