This is a straightforward remix of the Monoprice Select Mini E3Dv6 Zero Offset Mount by USWaterRockets. Only minor adjustments were made to tighten up the fit and reinforce the fan mount holes. Additionally, I constricted the layer fan jet and added a thin wall for the led holes for those who prefer not to use LEDs at this time. The "ears" were also enlarged to provide extra space for wires and zip ties. I kept it narrow, but you can widen it as needed for optimal performance. The 0 offset carrier was printed at .0875 with a 30% fill rate, while the bracket and led fan were printed at .0875 with a 100% fill rate. Hatchbox PETG was used as the printing material, resulting in a high-quality finish.
