I have been able to rapidly and effortlessly fine-tune my Monoprice Select Mini with this calibration pattern quickly. The outer square is a half-millimeter tall. The next tallest square stands at one millimeter tall. The corner and center squares measure five millimeters tall. The screws holding the bed of the Monoprice Mini have a thread pitch of 0.5mm, based on my measurements - please correct me if I'm wrong. Print settings include: A .4mm nozzle size. An .8mm wall thickness. A .1mm layer thickness. A .3mm base layer thickness. You only need to print the first one millimeter to do bed calibration. The five-millimeter squares are there to check for stringing and oozing, and aren't really necessary for calibrating the bed. (They do make the print a little more stable and easier to hold when using calipers.)
