This is a Y-Axis Endstop adaptor modification I made for my Monoprice MP10 3d-printer. I was having a problem with Y Axis being about 30+MM off and needed it to go further back. I will use the existing Y-Axis switch, but you will need to get a cable extender, which you can pick up at a RC hobby shop, along with 2x16mm screw. I was able to use the existing nuts. I have attached the working file.
