Monoprice MP10/Mini E3D V6 Mount
thingiverse
This is an adapter to mount an E3D V6 hot end to a Monoprice MP10/Mini, by reusing the magnetic plate on which the original heatsink and hotend were bolted. The original bolts/nuts that were used can be reused by loosening them and sliding the mount back on the plate before tightening the bolts. The original parts fan that was originally mounted on the right, or a compatible 4010 fan, can be retrofit with the included fan duct to compensate for the height difference. The scad file is included if you want to customize the height of the duct for another purpose. A BLTouch mount is on the right. It is necessary to tap the V6 collar holes with an M3 tap. Use 2 M3-16 bolts to secure the front clamp (untapped) to the back plate. The BLTouch can be attached with 2 M3-12 bolts and nuts. Include a washer so that the nut does not dig into the BLTouch. The original self-tapping screws from the 4010 fan duct can be reused with the new fan duct. To secure it to the mount, push 2 M2 nuts into the recesses, and use 2 M2-12 bolts to attach the fan. Summary of extra parts needed: 2 M3-16 bolts 2 M3-12 bolts 2 M3 Washers 4 M3 Nuts 2 M2 Nuts 2 M2-12 bolts You may need to adjust your Marlin settings to get this to work. In particular, I added: #define NOZZLE_TO_PROBE_OFFSET { 31, 0, 3 } #define Y_MIN_POS 0.75
