Monoprice MP10 and MP10 Mini Bowden Tube Support Brace
prusaprinters

The PTFE Bowden tube on my Monoprice MP10 (Creality CR-10 clone) wasn't well supported where it left the extruder. It drooped excessively which seemed to cause unwanted friction on the filament, so I designed this bracket to resolve the issue.

It's a simple print that doesn't require any supports. Place the back of the model flat on the print bed and choose a 20-25% grid style infill.

Install the brace using the top 2 extruder motor screws and you're done.

Print Settings

Printer Brand:

Monoprice

Printer:

Maker Ultimate

Rafts:

No

Supports:

No

Resolution:

0.15mm

Infill:

25%

Filament:
Any PLA or PETG Black (or any)

Notes:

Fits the Monoprice MP10 and MP10 Mini / Malyan MA10 and MA10 Mini (as far as I know, NOT the Maker Ultimate, which was selected because the MP10 was not available to select when uploading this Thingy model design).

Category: 3D Printer Accessories
