The Hotend Adapter by bbenchoff truly shines after a little touch-up work. I decided to refine its design, as I'm not fond of harsh edges on objects that require frequent handling. To achieve a smoother look and feel, I incorporated fillets, making it more pleasant to disassemble for maintenance. In the photo, you'll see the modified adapter highlighted on the left, while the original version is on the right. Additionally, I've included the Solidworks file, which I recreated from the .stl using Featureworks. If anyone wants access to this design file, feel free to download it.
