The original fan shrouds are terrible in my opinion. A simple overhang test showed distortion at just 35-40 degrees. I redesigned them to properly point at the nozzle tip. Overhangs are now good up to 60-65 degrees. This is a great printer, but it really needed this upgrade for more complex geometry. Screws into original positions, fans clip right in like the originals. WARNING: These shrouds sit just above the nozzle height so that's something to watch out for. If your nozzle is different from the stock one you may need to sand down certain areas to make sure you don't get interference. Note: These printers come with some magnets clipped onto the arms just above the fans, do not remove those magnets. It seems like they reduce magnetic interference from the magnetic ball joints to the fans. Removing those magnets dramatically reduces fan speed.
