The stock fan mounts for the Delta Pro are seriously subpar. They're positioned too far away from the nozzle to make any real difference. I deliberately crafted a custom nozzle that securely slots into the original injection-molded piece and blows air directly onto the print, resulting in significantly improved overhang quality on my Delta Pro. After experiencing this improvement firsthand, I've decided to share it with you. To help you modify or adapt it if necessary, I'm including both an STL file and the original 123DX file. Please note that I'm no expert when it comes to creating models, so don't be too harsh on its aesthetic appeal. As for me, I printed this nozzle out of PLA and have run around 40-50 hours without any issues, but your results may differ.
