Monoprice Mini Z bracket reinforced
thingiverse
The original bracket was very sturdy, but it wasn't securely fastened because all the attachment screws were located on one side of the stress point. So I reinforced it by adding extra material to attach to a hole on the other side as well. Edit: I added two more components for additional bracing at the top. In the pictures you can see these parts in black. The vertical only bracing was plenty stiff enough for my preference. Both rods are 6mm thick. The screws I used are M3x0.5x13mm long. On my printer, the holes printed slightly oversized, so I drilled them out with a 6mm drill to create a slight press fit. If the rods aren't some sort of press fit after you print the parts, I recommend filling in the extra space with some epoxy or something similar.
