I was installing the 4th Dimension Bed upgrade when I noticed that the threads had pulled out for the set screw securing the rod to the support bracket. To fix this, I designed a new bracket that replaces the old one. This new bracket uses three M3 nuts, one M3x20 bolt, and two stock screws per bracket. The nuts are designed to be easily pressed in by hand or with a small pair of pliers if needed. I recommend printing four of these brackets and replacing all of them for maximum stability. When printing, make sure the brackets print flat with the hexes facing up - not the clamp portion. Here are my recommended print settings: Printer: Tevo Tarantula Rafts: No Supports: No Resolution: 0.2mm Infill: 30%
