Monoprice Mini Delta Power Supply Base
thingiverse
This is a base for the Monoprice Mini Delta. It houses a 24v power supply, power inlet, and a cooling fan; it also adds corner holes for rubberized/levelling feet. The model is split down the middle to allow printing on an "average" printer bed size; sorry, you can't print this on your MP Mini Delta :( The power supply this was designed for is a Meanwell LRS-150-24. It should be mounted as shown in the photos. You can use just about any 60mm fan; I used a Noctua w/ a 150ohm resistor to drop to ~12v. NOTE: The original board is designed for 12v, so this power supply will not work with it. Only use the LRS-150-24 if your board/heaters can handle it. The stock heaters will draw 125W *each* at 24V - you will likely need to replace at least one of them, if not both. The power inlet I designed this for is here: https://smile.amazon.com/gp/product/B07KS2TQ45/ Hardware needed (or, at least, what I used): * For securing to the printer: - (2) 20mm M3 bolt for the PSU-side holes - (3) 40mm M3 bolt for the full-depth holes - (1) 8mm M3 bolt + washer for the power inlet hole * For putting the halves together: - (4) 8mm M3 bolt, tapered head; for the sides - (2) 5mm M3 bolt, button-top; for the bottom * For installing the PSU: - ~18mm M3 bolt + nut for the "high" screw hole support - 8mm M3 bolt for the "low" screw hole support * For installing the power inlet: - 8mm M3 bolt, taper head
