Monoprice Mini Delta Extruder Top (Threaded) to replace new OEM design

This piece was originally designed for my MPSM after a new version bowden tube connector failed on the extruder. A few days later, the same failure occurred on my MPDM. The key difference is that this piece has nibs around the screw holes for the MPSM which must be removed to fit the MPMD. This component can be printed flat but better threading results are achieved by printing it edge-on with the extruder gear facing towards the bed and using full supports. 2018-19-04 - v1.2 Update: I enlarged the filament hole size and chamfered the inside of the cap after experiencing issues changing filament where the glob at the end got caught while pulling it through. My initial print was done flat with support everywhere to maintain the threads, resulting in a very nice outcome. The support within the hole can be twisted out counter-clockwise.
