Monoprice Mini Delta 127 mm Glass Bed Holder

This glass holder enables a 127mm glass bed to be securely fastened onto the aluminum bed of the Monoprice Mini Delta. The process is made more complex by the fact that the bed must move up and down for auto leveling to function properly. The black clips, which swing into place to hold the bed down, have a camming effect as they rotate. Therefore, I begin by placing two glass holders onto the printer with their clips in position, then set the glass bed inside them. The third holder is placed last, and its clip is rotated just enough to tighten the glass firmly in position while still allowing it to move up and down smoothly. This process proves to be easier than expected. The larger the file number, the tighter the fit on the bed will be, which can be beneficial if your printer has a slightly different design. I have also included an .skb file for anyone who wishes to modify it further. So far, file 6127 provides the tightest fit, but I plan to test this once I print three of these glass holders. To prevent them from popping out, you can use some 3M painter's tape to hold the glass holders firmly in place on the bed.
