Monoprice Mini Delta 120mm fan bottom plate
thingiverse
I replaced the stock Mini Delta fan with a cheap generic 12v 120mm fan because it's extremely loud. The printer is now completely silent when idle, making it much more enjoyable to use. To install this new fan, you'll need to add the appropriate feet under the printer apart from the new bottom panel. I highly recommend checking out https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2524655 for a set of custom feet that will fit perfectly. Fastening the fan in place requires long M3 screws, which can be a bit tricky to handle, but it's worth it for the peace and quiet it provides. Additionally, printing a grill for this fan is also a great idea. It not only adds a touch of style but also helps to improve airflow, making your printer even more efficient. However, I did encounter one major issue - the element is just too big for the delta printer, so you'll need a larger printer to accommodate it.
