It seemed to me that the cable should be held from the middle of the heat bed where it is soldered rather then the side. Originally I moved the cable hole to the center. I then realized that everyone would have a different sized hole. So instead of a hole I just put in a couple of slats to loop a zip tie through and made the piece a little more robust. So far it is working very well. Hope this helps someone.
