Simple remix of the awesome fan duct made by CliffR. That's an adaptation of the well known James Tongue Railcore duct, but, I converted my hotend to a volcano. There is only 1 other cooler for Volcano conversions and the performance & clearance was quite poor. This is just spaced 6mm lower to match the new hot end. I left the pinda probe mount (and extended it a little as the threads did not actually go past the factory heatsink). Attached with 3x m3x12mm bolts on the main assembly, 2x long (25?30? mm) m3 bolts for the duct, whatever 1x bolt you have for the 5015 fan and the factory 2 long bolts for the heatsink fan. You lose about 5mm in the back corners due to stepper clearance if you have your steppers mounted with isolators. This works fantastic, it's quiet, and it's lightweight. I printed it in PETG and it's holding up so far, but, it's pretty close to the hot end so I stuck a piece of foil to the face with RTV to reject and insulate a little. It's held up for me.
