I recently acquired a glass bed and installed an inductive sensor underneath, but grew tired of utilizing binder clips and sought out alternative solutions. Therefore, I designed this compact corner piece for my glass bed setup. This design utilizes screws from the underside of the heated printbed to secure them firmly into place (the washers were removed and stored safely). It effectively keeps the glass bed stable. I selected PETG as the printing material because PLA would melt at the high temperatures of the heated printbed. The corners I designed were kept small due to an overhang on one side of my adhesive stock print surface. The size of your glass bed may vary (I purchased mine from Amazon: https://amzn.to/2LXAhVa ), so I updated the model to fit a bit better, requiring a .4mm nozzle for proper printing. When using CURA, make sure to enable the Print Thin wall setting and inspect the layer preview carefully to ensure that it will print out a solid wall. Happy printing!
