Smaller diameter curved top than the original, with a through-hole for the key for ease of printing. Printed square stock down, rounded side up(with the hole vertical, so it doesn't require supports). Just like the original, flip the spool holder upside down and slot this mod into it, to allow the spool holder to support wider spools. Printed at 30% infill, could easily go as low as 20%.
