I just replaced my Monoprice Maker Select Mini V2 Bowden collet with a new OEM design using this handy connector: https://gigdigit.com/bowden-connector-for-new-type-extruder-feeder-mechanism/. Next, I remixed the PC4-M6 design from Thingiverse (https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1993384) to fit perfectly with a brass PC4-M6 Fitting that works seamlessly with the MPSM v2 new OEM design extruder (https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2793080). To get everything just right, I used a drill bit to enlarge my finished part slightly so the Bowden tube extends all the way to the extruder gear as shown in this video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=s7NXFo8xFDI. Then, I filed down the factory extruder as shown in the same video and cut an angled V point on the Bowden tube, extending it just enough to fit snugly between the gear and bearing. This way, there's no room for flexible filament to escape.
