Monoprice Delta Pro SKR 1.4t Conversion

Still a work in progress. Converted a stock MonoPrice Delta Pro to use the SKR 1.4t board and a TFT43 dual mode touchscreen. Compiled my own Marlin which is where I'm still testing to make sure the marlin configuration is where I want it. This mod continues to use the stock bed leveling probe, bilinear bed leveling (not UBL yet). Combined with the screen housing in this thing, the onboards SC card can be accessed from the screen using an SD extension cable and putting the extension in the Cutout part which inserts into the screen housing side. This keeps the bed in place when updated the main boards firmware or printing from the onboard SD card (untested). At this time, I haven't yet added a USB extension to the TFT screen housing to allow connecting to a computer for access. That will be a future update. All parts printed with no supports EXCEPT for the two screw posts on TFT screen housing which hold the internal sd extension insert in place.
