I needed a fresh control knob for my printer, so I utilized a particular design as a starting point. This design can be found at https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1441403. My goal was to create a basic control knob that could be customized with various symbols and designs. Since I work more effectively with CAD files rather than 3D models, I extracted some dimensions from NilByMouth's control knob and used them as the foundation for my new design in Inventor. I've included a STEP file for the bare control knob to facilitate further customization and modification.
