Monoprice 600800 Mic back shield

During Teams and other calls, other participants would notice some echo of themselves coming in through my mic, a Monoprice 600800 large condenser mic, sitting about 2 feet in front of a speaker. To reduce any sound coming from the back of the mic, I designed this shield to slip on and cover the back part of the mic. With it on, I notice it nulls out alot of the server rack noise a few feet behind as well, and does not affect the sound coming in the front (no reverb/distortion/cancellation, etc).
