Monopoly Top Hat Game Piece Holder / Lid This is a top hat shaped holder for game pieces in Monopoly, designed to be used with the figures, houses, and hotels of the standard version of the game. It will fit other editions as long as the number and size of pieces are the same. If not, just scale it up. The height of this holder, including the lid, was designed to fit inside a standard edition Monopoly box when in storage, but the lid is not required for storing objects. A test shake of the box confirmed this. So, if you upscale it, you will likely need to store it outside the box. It is only designed to hold one set of pieces, so unless you scale up, you will need three of them. The lid won't close when storing houses or hotels, so print just one for figures and dice if that's what you want. Disclaimer I usually print at a layer height of 0.1mm, but the game piece holder in the picture was printed at 0.2mm because most people seem to print at that layer height. I also used cheap fillament with my printer to print this, as I didn't want to waste my Hatchbox fillament. So the quality of the underside of the brim is less than I'd like (could also be the supports, but Simplify3D supports and Hatchbox fillament usually give me better results). This holder was printed in one piece, so supports are recommended for the entire brim. With finer print settings and quality fillament, this holder will look much cleaner than it already does.
