Monopoly Property Card Organizer

I designed this custom Organizer for my son's Monopoly game, he absolutely loved the money tray and now wanted a way for the banker to efficiently organize the property cards. This design is based on an old inexpensive plastic one that used to come with the Deluxe set. While it may not be perfect, it gets the job done. I made some adjustments by adding cut lines at the top and bottom so that it can be printed in two separate parts. My initial attempt at printing the entire thing with a raft didn't quite turn out as planned.
