Updates: 30/04/2020(3) Uploaded a Type2 version for anyone having trouble printing the top on the bed. To print both parts, you need to upload both the top and bottom designs. These parts are not interchangeable with the original style. 30/04/2020(2) Uploaded a V2 of the top that allows the use of a fan and access to the Pi header. I have not tested this update as I do not use a fan on my case. I designed this update for the fan to sit outside, as the space inside is tight. You should be able to fit any 30mm fan and screw it into the plastic of the top using M3 machine screws. 30/04/2020 Uploaded a V2 for the base for anyone who wants a more ventilated case. Summary: I designed this Raspberry Pi case to be easily printed on the MPMD bed. I initially thought of making the parts sit vertically but found it was possible to print them lying flat on my bed. This led me to design the bottom so that it can be printed either vertically or horizontally, and the top can only be printed horizontally. If the bottom is printed horizontally, the slots at the end may require supports if your printer has trouble with bridging. When printing parts horizontally on the MPMD, they use the whole bed and reach its outermost limits. You might need to remove any skirt or brim and make sure your bed is levelled well to ensure good adhesion at the corners. My case has a glass bed and I usually change my diameter in the machine settings to 113mm. The design is a simple two-part box case with access to external connectors only. It is fastened together from below using four small M3 screws (I used 12mm). I used hex heads so the screw heads act like feet. You may need to slightly increase the hole in the Pi to fit the M3 screw. This particular case has no fan attachment, but adding one would be relatively easy.
