Monolithic Device Workstation

The new "**Monolithic Device Workstation**" is a potent tool that enables seamless connectivity between monolithic devices, such as microSD cards, eMMC flash memory chips, and electronic lab instruments like oscilloscopes, logic state analyzers, IC programmers, and memory chip readers. This innovative tool employs acupuncture needles as nano-probes to access even the smallest test points on a monolithic device. Equipped with an interchangeable adapter system, users can house various types of monolithic devices. Currently, the microSD card adapter is available, but adapters for other devices will be released shortly. To ensure precise placement of the needle tips on test points, I designed a custom stencil that accurately replicates the layout of all test points to be connected. At present, only the microSD stencil with a 6x4 grid pattern is available, but more stencils for different layouts will be released in the coming weeks. Custom stencils can also be created on request. Please note: stencils require high-resolution SLA 3D printing due to the small and closely spaced holes, which cannot be printed using FDM 3D printers.
