monocle holder no support

This part gives the monocle holder of the complex set without needing any extra support. To print it, peel out the center and slide it into place, using some superglue along the way. I deliberately chose not to use supports and didn't care for the side parts on the complex goggles - a design decision that may have disappointed "guyc" - but I really liked the parametric monocle holder. Additionally, I included a template I used to cut out the eyepieces from acrylic with precision.
