Monkeys in Lausanne, Switzerland
myminifactory
This striking monkey sculpture forms a vital part of a sundial featuring the iconic phrase 'See no evil, hear no evil, speak no evil'. At its base, the inscription reads 'the time is now', a poignant reminder to live in the present moment. Captured through a meticulous process of combining roughly 50 images, this photograph was taken by a dedicated volunteer of Scan the World. This dataset has been meticulously acquired and processed by students of the Digital 3D Geometry Course, expertly taught by Prof. Mark Pauly at the School of Computer and Communication Sciences at EPFL, Switzerland.
