I screwed it into place using wood screws, carefully aligning the mount with a sturdy stud to ensure a secure hold. My LG monitor requires M4 threads, so I settled on M4x12mm for the job, but ultimately opted for M4x16mm which proved too long, necessitating a nut to prevent bottoming out in the threaded inserts. To secure the device, I employed 5/16" x 4" carriage bolts known as "pins".
