Monitor & TV VESA mount adapter 'dropper' plate

I designed a custom adapter plate for my Ergotron LX Desk Mount LCD Arm, allowing me to lower my monitor by approximately 70mm. I chose to use an Ergotron LX Desk Mount LCD Arm on my monitor because of its flexibility and adjustability. To secure the arm connector holes, I employed hex head bolts that fit snugly into recessed square holes. Once the plate is attached to the screen or TV, these bolts are tightened to hold everything in place.
