Monitor / TV Stand

I acquired an older TV without a stand because it used to be mounted on a wall but now I want it back on a table, so DIY3DTech's design (https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4412893) proved to be the perfect solution for a low-cost stand that fit my existing 2040 profile. However, its base was too large for my printer's bed, so I modified his design to accommodate a 220 x 220 bed size. Furthermore, I altered the way the Vesa mount attaches to the 2040 profile, allowing me to adjust the TV height without detaching the Vesa mount from the profile. To achieve this, I added an adapter that connects to the side of the 2040 profile where it meets the Vesa mount. Adding strength to the adapter, I designed it as a separate part rather than incorporating it into the Vesa mount, allowing it to be printed independently and supported by the surrounding structure. To assemble the stand, you will need 6 t-nuts, 4 M5 x 10 bolts, and 2 M5 x 16 bolts. I printed all parts in PLA with 3 perimeters and 3 bottom/top layers, but I encountered problems with the stand warping forward due to the TV's weight, so instead of reprinting it, I glued a piece of wood underneath for added stability. To prevent this issue, I recommend printing the stand with additional bottom/top layers for increased rigidity. The revised Vesa mount design includes a recess for the adapter and may require supports depending on your printer model.
