Monitor Stand
thingiverse
I run an afterschool Computers4Kids program where students can build a computer to take home for free. I was able source and pick up almost a hundred 19" Lenovo Monitors for free... the kicker, they didn't come with a single stand. This was our solution, a 3D printed back leg that fits the 100 x 100 screw holes and allows the monitor to stand up and tilt back at a slight angle. It enabled us to give students a free monitor with their computer. The original design was one giant leg that included all 4 screw holes. It took forever to print and used a lot of material. We decided to cut out the middle and print two smaller legs but found that the second leg wasn't even needed except for maybe aesthetic reasons. The design will probably work with other and different sized monitors or could be adjusted if needed.
