This tray is specifically designed to snap onto a 48mm monitor stand base. A channel for securing with a zip tie is provided, just in case the fit isn't snug enough - fortunately, it hasn't been an issue so far. To make this tray work with PETG filament, which bends easily, was the key choice. However, if using PLA instead proves too rigid, shortening the circular part past 180 degrees might be worth a try. If you don't have a 48mm post to hand, fear not - I've included the Fusion 360 file, allowing you to customize and remix it as needed for your specific requirements.
