Monitor Stand Shelf Mount Slip over Pole
thingiverse
I required a shelf above my monitor stand to hold a lamp and/or intel nuc desktop. This is a shelf that slips over a Monitor Mount Stand Pole. It features nice curves and elegant edges, making it visible from anywhere in the room (though mine isn't seen behind a two-monitor stand setup). Examine the pictures for feasibility and appearance. It fits all standard monitor poles (1.5 inch diameter). The actual hole is 1.5 inches in diameter, while standard poles are about 1/8th smaller. I used felt pads to secure a tight slip-on fit, but you can use anything needed. It's a solid design currently holding a 60lb crystal lamp. This shelf should be strong enough (due to the internal print matrix built into the design) to hold just about any computer/books/lamps/etc. Check print settings for maximum build. No special setup is necessary if you want to run it at your settings. I recommend nothing faster than 80 to get a good result on aesthetics.
