Monitor Stand
thingiverse
I was using some old boxes to elevate my monitor to a comfortable height, but then it hit me - I could simply build one from scratch! The main drawback of this design is the sheer amount of material required and the potential for bridging on the bottom platform. To mitigate this issue, I added supports, which helped to a point where I felt confident with the result. I ended up printing four of these custom stands and bonding them together using two-part epoxy. Finally, I added some surface grip pads - similar to those available on Amazon (https://www.amazon.com/SoftTouch-Self-Stick-Non-Slip-Surface-Grip/dp/B000SL0KJC/ref=pd_sim_201_6?ie=UTF8&psc=1&refRID=2ERE8YWG2C13HD0VKNFT) - and I was good to go.
