Attach this creation with the model available at http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:22934 and fasten it to a 4cm pipe for optimal use. For 5th generation MakerBot printers, set the PLA temperature to 208 degrees with support structures and raft enabled. Print with 4 shells, 30% infill, and a .2 layer thickness. Use MS-145 screws (although they may be too long, they should still work effectively).
