I didn't have enough space on my desk for a two monitor setup as well as my Audioengine A5+s. I tried lots of ways to make them fit, but it just didn't look good or the speakers would get covered by the monitors. Then I had the brilliant idea of attaching them to my monitor arms. You'll need to use a 1/2" bolt to attach the perch to the speaker, and it slides over any Monitor Stand that is 48mm in diameter. This can be easily modified to accommodate different mounts. The platform is 100x100mm, so you could use double-sided tape instead of hardware if your speaker doesn't have a mount on the bottom. The mounts can spin on the Monitor Stand, allowing you to angle them inward if needed. This puts the speakers right at ear height.
