Monitor Light Strip Brackets
prusaprinters

I found no lasting way to secure my Philips Hue White & Color Ambiance Light strip to my HP 27fh monitor. Every kind of adhesive tape failed eventually. Therefor I designed my own brackets which hold the strip snug to the monitor.

Print Instructions:

Layer: 0.2 mm

Infill: 5 %

Support: None

Brim: None (or just ears)

Customization:

I've added the Fusion 360 and STEP-file, so you can customize this to your own monitor or light strip.

Installation:

Push the light strip through the first side (the side, where the power connector box is)

Push the strip further through the middle part until the strip goes so tight around the corner as the material allows

Push it through the other sides bracket until everything is tight.

Optional: Either cut off the end (if your strip allows it) or secure it back round to the other side (see my photos)
