I was fed up with my laptop hogging all the space on my desk. So, I decided to take matters into my own hands and create something that would give me back some breathing room. With this stand, you can reclaim your space and add a dynamic twist at the same time. You can use it with your laptop closed or open as an extra display. In my case, I'm using a 2014 MacBook Pro plugged into an eGPU with a GTX 1060 6GB and a 24-inch 1080p 75Hz display. To prevent the laptop from rubbing and slipping around, I added four rubber feet.
