Monitor arm wall mount (~180 degree rotation)

YES! It actually exists, works, and is completely free! This is a wall mounted monitor arm, simply print the files and hang your monitor on any wall with only a few M10-1.5 machine screws. The print consists of a couple of a pieces required for assembly, for quality reasons the full arm consists of four essential pieces: 1. The monitor mount, this is for screwing onto a monitor and will slide onto the arm shaft. This piece is provided in three variants: left, right and centered. Each variant mounts identically to the others and is just a matter of taste and preference. 2. The arm shaft, this piece is screwed into the arm from the bottom and is used to allow for rotation of the monitor while locking it to a set of given angles (keeps it steady) 3. The arm, this piece is screwed onto the wall mount from the back of the wall mount piece. The arm shaft rests in the hole with a screw from the bottom of this piece into the shaft. 4. The wall mount, this piece is screwed onto the wall, make sure to mount it properly for the given wall type. This monitor arm is fully usable, secure, and only requires: - 3 screws to mount onto your wall - 3 M10-1.5 machine screws with countersunk screw heads and 40mm length. - Washers for the wall mount, monitor mount and for the screws into the arm. (OPTIONAL, but recommended) - Screws that fit your monitor back-plate (can't help you there) When the wall mount is secured to the wall, with the arm attached and the shaft secured to the arm, simply slide the monitor mount onto the shaft. When on the shaft rotate slightly until the shaft gear and monitor mount internal gears meet such that the monitor cannot freely rotate. This secures your monitor in place in your preferred angle of viewing, whenever you want to change that, simply lift up the monitor, rotate to a suitable angle, lower the monitor back down to the gear and let the gear and shaft meet again. The angles are not infinite as both the monitors internal gear and the shaft gear must meet to align (shaft gear tooth must meet internal gear gap). If the angles available aren't optimal, simply loosen the shaft screw, rotate the shaft slightly, and re-tighten the screw. I hope this design can help someone out there as it helped me. Monitor mount arms are expensive, so why not make it yourself, it cheap, fun and great quality! When you print this let me know how it goes, and remember to tip if you enjoy it, it is a free monitor mount arm after all ;)
