Probably the coolest things I've ever made: The Monado I and Monado II from Xenoblade Chronicles. They were modeled to scale, but I intended to print them as keychains (about 10cm long for the Monado I). "Real" dimensions would be about 1.50m for the Monado I and about 1.8m for the Monado II.
