This 3D model is built using real-world data, resulting in a realistic representation of the buildings and streets setup in Monaco. The setup consists of five building groups, which are divided into top and side sections. Each group allows for easy modification, including color, materials, and textures, enabling users to add variety to the models. The 3D model is structured with Groups that can be turned off or on at will, offering more control over its presentation. It's worth noting that these groups are UV mapped, ensuring a smooth appearance even when multiple maps are used. Additionally, the model includes overlapping UVs, which provide a seamless transition between textures. The geometry of the 3D model is composed of polygonal quads and tris, allowing for fast rendering without the need for detailed texturing. As it stands, the model remains untextured but retains its detailed geometric structure. This 3D model can be licensed under the Creative Commons Attribution-ShareALike 2.0 (CC-BY-SA) license. Commercial use is acceptable and will require no additional fees.
